If you do not agree to all of the following you may not use or access Grandado Services (the "Services") in any manner. Please read the Terms carefully.

In addition, when you use any Grandado Service, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, applicable to such services, and they are incorporated into this Terms by this reference. Grandado reserves the right to change this site and these Terms at any time.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the Gecom (HK) Limited.

Accessing, browsing, making a purchase or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

You may be required to enter into a separate agreement, whether online or offline, with Grandado for any Service ("Additional Agreements"). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and an Additional Agreement, the Additional Agreement shall take precedence over the Terms only in relation to that Service concerned.

By using this site, you accept this Agreement and certify that you are above the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction. Additional terms and conditions apply to some services offered on Grandado and may be found at the place where the relevant service is offered.

We may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time. By continuing to use this site Grandado after we post any such changes, you accept the Agreement as modified.

1. Use of Grandado

You certify that the information you provide on the site Grandado is accurate and complete. You will be responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur on your account. If you believe someone has used your password or account without your authorization, you must notify Grandado immediately. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion.

We may also change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue Grandado, or any portion of the site Grandado, at any time without notice.

Grandado or its affiliates have no liability to you for content on the site Grandado that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Certain products are labeled with age restrictions and may be intended for mature audiences only. By ordering an age-restricted item, you certify that you satisfy the age restrictions.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction or state, you may use the site Grandado only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Some Grandado services may allow various sellers to share information, to list and sell products (“Products”) to customers. When purchasing on Grandado, the contract for sale is solely between you and the seller.

The seller is responsible for their products, listings, and fulfillment of your order.

Please check all details and any restrictions regarding each Product thoroughly before you place your order.

If Grandado services or the products purchased via Grandado are prohibited by any applicable laws in your state or jurisdiction, then you aren't authorized to use the Grandado services. We are not responsible if you use the services or products purchased via Grandado services in a way that breaks the law.

The information contained herein, including but not limited to all product information, are for informational purposes only and are not intended, nor should it be used, as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Grandado does not provide any medical, advice, diagnosis, or treatment. With regard to any requests for services, please note that it is solely your responsibility (or the responsibility of the person receiving the services) to control any medical or health conditions and/or special needs that may affect or be affected by the services or products (including, but not limited to, information regarding allergies and health problems).

2. User Account

To use Grandado services you may need to create an account and select a password and username. You may not select as your username a name that you don't have the right to use, or another person's name with the intent to impersonate that person. You must not create multiple accounts and you must not let others use your account. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission. You certify that the information you provide on the site Grandado is accurate and complete. You will be responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur on your account. If you believe someone has used your password or account without your authorization, you must notify Grandado immediately. You shall not share your account and password with anyone, and you must protect the security of your account and your password. You are solely responsible for all activities associated with your account. In the case of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of the security of your account, you must immediately notify Grandado.

3. User Content

Grandado allows users to submit and share comments, feedback, submissions, suggestions, questions, reviews, and other content through the site Grandado ("User Content").

By submitting Content, you warrant that (1) you are the sole author and owner of the User Content; (2) you are at least 18 years old or if you are under the age of 18, you are at least 13 years old and your submission has been made under the supervision of a parent or a legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement; and (3) use of any User Content you supply will not violate any term of this Agreement and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

A. License Grant for Submitted Content

If you make any submission to the site Grandado, you automatically grant or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted Grandado, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, unlimited, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication or content material in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. Grandado may sublicense its rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses. You should not submit any User Content to us that you do not wish to license to us. Grandado is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any User Content in confidence; (2) to pay any compensation for any User Content; or (3) to respond to any user User Content. You grant Grandado the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any User Content.

B. Prohibited Content

You represent and warrant that you will not submit the following User Content:

a) Content that is false, inaccurate, or misleading;

b) Content that contains your full name(s), or any other confidential identifiable information of yourself or others;

c) Content that violates any local, country, state, federal, or international laws and regulations;

d) Content that infringes on the rights of others, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity or privacy rights;

e) Content that is unlawful, obscene, derogatory, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by Grandado in its sole discretion;

f) Advertisements, solicitations or spam links to other websites or individuals, without prior written permission from Grandado;

g) Chain letters or pyramid schemes;

h) Content that impersonates another business, person or entity, including Grandado, its related entities, employees, and agents;

i) Content that contains viruses or another harmful computer code;

j) Content that victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability;

k) Content that you were compensated or granted any compensation by any third party unless otherwise authorized by Grandado in writing;

l) Content that violates any policy posted on the site Grandado, or interferes with the use of the site Grandado by others.

Although Grandado cannot monitor all Content, you understand that Grandado shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Content of the site Grandado to determine compliance with this Agreement and any other operating rules that may be established by Grandado from time to time. Grandado shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, move, delete, or refuse to post any Content submitted, to or posted on, the site Grandado for any reason, including violation of this Agreement, whether for legal or other reasons. Notwithstanding this right of ours, you are solely responsible for any Content you submit, and you agree to indemnify and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any Content you submit.

4. Order Acceptance and Billing

All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information from you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Grandado may request a pre-authorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit card. This pre- authorization will not be billed to you; however, your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. Your card issuer determines the length of time the pre-authorization is held. We do this to ensure that the card details are still valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and other charges associated with your use of Grandado services. In addition, you acknowledge your personal responsibility for paying taxes and customs duties. You agree that, where applicable, you will act as the importer of the purchased products.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s). Read also the Grandado "Payment Methods"

5. Pricing Information

Grandado cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing errors may occur on the site Grandado or through Grandado marketplace retailers. Prices are subject to change at any time. Grandado reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from Grandado. Due to separate and applicable tax jurisdictions, your purchases may be subject to specific sales, use, customs, or value-added taxes, and the shipping time and associated costs may increase accordingly. Grandado may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products may be different on the site Grandado or on Grandado mobile applications (pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation at checkout for mobile users).

6. Discount Promotions

Discount promotions are limited to certain periods and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Any promotions made available through the Grandado may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Use. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Use, the Promotion rules will govern.

7. Shipping and delivery

Grandado will execute accepted orders with the most convenient speed but at the latest deliver the order within 25 working days, unless another delivery period has been agreed. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, the consumer will receive notification no later than 25 working days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract without penalty and the right to any compensation. The aforementioned conditions may differ in case of FORCE MAJEURE (19.1)

As soon as we receive an order, it is processed through our automatic system as quickly as possible to minimize the time for ordering and shipping. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and dedication, we can not always prevent a single package from being delayed in transit. To ensure that there is enough time for the package to arrive, all our customers have 3 months after the official delivery time to let us know if the order has still not arrived. Once this period has elapsed, it is no longer possible to investigate the destination of the packages, so it is important that you let us know in a timely manner.

Once this period has elapsed, we can unfortunately no longer issue a refund or resend.

Please note that currently, delivery is only possible to the following states: Delaware, Florida, Oregon and Texas

8. Returns

The products can be returned by private customers within 100 calendar days from the delivery date of the products. If the delivery of a product consists of several shipments or parts: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, has received the last part shipment. Deliveries to companies are excluded from our returns policy. Only when Grandado receives the returned product(s) in perfect condition and original packing a reimbursement of the entire cost* of the purchase can be fulfilled by wire transfer within 14 days.

*Whether or not reimbursement of the return shipping costs depends per country.

Wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete products:

When customer received a wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete product, a return form must be sent via the customer service portal with photos of the received product. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy page for additional information.

9. Third-Party Sites

Grandado site may contain hyperlinks to web-sites operated by third parties, or to materials or information made available by third parties over which Grandado has no control. Any link you make to or from the Third Party website will be at your own risk. Any use of the Third Party website will be subject to, and any information you provide will be governed by the terms of the Third Party website, including those relating to confidentiality, data privacy, and security. We strictly recommend that you read the terms and policies of such Third Party websites before using them. Any separate charges or obligations you incur in your dealings with these Third Parties are your responsibility. Grandado makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, regarding any Third Party website. In particular, Grandado makes no representation or warranty that any service or subscription offered via Third Party will not change or be suspended or terminated.

10. Information Provided on Grandado

Grandado and our customers post a variety of material on the site Grandado including without limitation, merchandise information, product descriptions, reviews, comments and in store now information (collectively, "Materials"). The Materials that appear on the site Grandado are for educational and informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before you act on information you have found on the site Grandado, you should confirm any facts that are important to your decision. Grandado and its information providers make no warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, or completeness of the information on the site Grandado is not responsible for, and cannot guarantee the performance of, goods and services provided by our advertisers or others to whose sites we link. Product information contained on the site Grandado may be different from information contained on the product materials due to manufacturer changes. If you find a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (excluding products that are not eligible for return).

11. Export and Import Policy

You acknowledge that some goods licensed or sold on the site Grandado are subject to the customs and export control laws and regulations of Hong Kong and may also be subject to the customs and export laws and regulations of the country in which the products are manufactured and/or received and agree to comply with all applicable laws. By importing, purchasing or using products from the site Grandado, you agree to abide by applicable laws, rules and regulations of above-mentioned authorities.

You may not use, export, import, or transfer Products purchased via Grandado website, except as authorized by U.S. law, the laws of the jurisdiction in which you used purchased Products, and any other applicable laws.

All orders will be shipped from warehouses in China. Shipment of all packages are including all export charges! When ordering at Grandado the prices associated with the products are charged and possible increased with shipping costs. Customer is personally responsible for import of delivered goods and liable for any expenses of import taxes, import handling charges and VAT when purchasing products from Grandado.

12. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, other intellectual property and materials, including page headers, images, text, illustrations, formats, logos, designs, icons, photographs, written and other materials (collectively, the "IP") are owned, controlled or licensed by Grandado, one of its affiliates or by third parties who have licensed their materials to Grandado and are protected by Hong Kong and international trademark and copyright laws. You may access, view, download, and print the IP and all other materials displayed on the site Grandado or your personal, non-commercial use only; provided, however, that you (1) retain all copyright, trademark or other proprietary designations contained on all IP; (2) do not modify or alter the IP in any way; and (3) do not provide or make available the IP to any third party in a commercial manner. No license, right, title, or interest in any materials or software is transferred to you as a result of your use of the site Grandado or your accessing, viewing, downloading, or printing of the IP. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the IP, the site Grandado or any related software. All software used on the site Grandado is the property of Grandado or its suppliers and protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws. The IP and software on the site Grandado may be used only as a shopping resource.

Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the IP on this Site is strictly prohibited. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all IP on the site Grandado is the exclusive property of this site operator and is also protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws.

Grandado names and logos, and all other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any of the site Grandado are trademarks or trade dress of this site operator in Hong Kong and other countries. All other marks are the property of their respective companies.

13. Colors

We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors of products that appear on the site Grandado. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect actual product color or finish.

14. Privacy Policy

At Grandado, we take your privacy seriously. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to inform you about our products and promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, but we may share your information under certain circumstances that will be outlined below. This policy covers how we treat the personal information that we collect and receive from you. Personal information is information about you like your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and other information that is not otherwise publicly available. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We only collect your name, postal address and phone number when you purchase a product. Read also our separate "Privacy Statement"

WHAT INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect credit card information or see your credit card numbers at any point in the purchasing process. All credit card transactions are processed through Payment providers.

We also do not collect your friends' emails when you send a wish list to your friends.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED

When you place an order, or make a purchase from Grandado, we use your personal information to process your order. We send you an e-mail to confirm your order or may contact you by phone, postal mail, or e-mail if we have other questions regarding your order or purchase. When you place an order or make a purchase, we will use your e-mail and postal address to send you information about our products and promotions.

Grandado will never sell your information to third parties. In the unlikely event of a sale of some or all of our business, Grandado will disclose your personal information to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. We reserve the right to disclose information about you as required by law, in response to legal process and law enforcement requests, and as necessary to protect the property, interests and rights of Grandado.

VISITORS FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION?

This section of the Privacy Policy applies only if you use our Site or services covered by this Privacy Policy from a country that is a Member State of the European Union, and supplements the information in this Privacy Policy.

You can change your information by logging into your account at Grandado or you can ask us to update or delete your personal information by contact us via the customer service portal. Please be sure to include your e-mail address and full name.

HOW TO EXERCISE CHOICES ABOUT RECEIVING PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

Upon purchasing, you can agree to be added to our mailing list. If you do not want to receive information to enhance your shopping experience, please follow the instructions on the bottom of the e-mail you are receiving to automatically take you off our mailing list. You can also contact us via the customer service portal. Note that when you purchase from us, we will continue to confirm your order by email. In addition, we may also need to contact you by phone, e-mail or postal mail with other questions regarding your order.

PROTECTING THE PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

Grandado will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we find out that a patron of Grandado is under the age of 13, we will remove all personally identifiable information about that person from our files.

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

Grandado has not sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Grandado will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.

Your rights with respect to your personal data

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Depending on the circumstances, you have a right to know:

In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.

We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. ABOUT COOKIES

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grandado and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from any third-party claims relating to: (a) your use of the site Grandado (b) yany breach by you of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any rights of another party, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right or any third-party agreement; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. In the event of such a claim, suit, or action, we will attempt to provide notice of the claim to the contact information we have for your account (provided that failure to deliver such notice shall not eliminate or reduce your indemnification obligations hereunder).

17. Termination

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Grandado. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the site Grandado. Grandado also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site Grandado, if in Grandado’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
